Some revisions

I did some work on my DA.ID because it didn't look like I was making a handful of symbolic references about me. I made it more obvious.

I noticed nobody gave my deviant, "Seven Daze" any love. The picture was supposed to mimic "The Ring". When I made the picture it was supposed to depict how empty, yet angry I felt during a past relationship that went obviously detrimental. Despite the negative reference I was really happy with the writing. I touched it up today, but I kept the base in, which I drafted during that time. I like to know what you think of it.

  • Mood: Neutral
  • Listening to: The Decemberists

He waits in the wings, he's gotta play a part.
Trouble is a friend of mine.

Thank you for the favorite! :D
PS: Nice Venus flytrap. I have a pitcher plant, myself.

Oh yeah? Well maybe you can answer a question I've always wondered. Do pitcher plants move or is it just a cruel harmless looking deathtrap? I want to get an octopus plant next and see it in action. Anyway, before I start rambling: you're welcome ^_^.
:iconkatsumiyo:
Pitcher plants don't move, no. They just sit and insects smell the nectar and fly in and can't get out. They're supposed to grow upright but mine curl all over the place. :/

Awww, but seeing the plants have their way with the insect is the fun part. Maybe I'm just twisted like that. I'm not expert on pitcher plants but I thought they're supposed to grow all over the place.

Apparently the American variety is supposed to stand upright, so what they're doing, I have no idea. But it's alive and well so it must be getting nutrition from -some-where. I have noticed a distinct lack of insects caught in the skylight, so it must be doing its job...
